I2Logi Dispatch is a web application designed to automate defects reports
for equipment and facilities, as well as the tracking of the actions used
to solve the issue. The information database will provide statistical data
for every reported defect, together with the solution provider accuracy
and performance. The amount of defects report, and response time represents
a powerful managerial analysis and decision support tool, in logistics,
operations, maintenance or technical assistance, providing the actual needs
for team and equipments, together with the quality control follow up for
the service performed.
I2logi Dispatch can be integrated with I2Logi Map, I2logi Call Center
and I2Logi Routing creating a complete GIS remote maintenance system.
Defect report are received on I2Logi call center, the defect report graphically
identified on the map. System can display the location of maintenance
teams and spares required. After service is performed, the system records
the maintenance procedure used in a database for future consultation.
