The I2Logi Call Center receives and monitors any request from customers, providing an integrated system for the servicing and management of defect situations, according to previously defined framework.
I2Logi CallCenter can be integrated with I2Logi Mapping, I2logi Dispatch and I2Logi Routing creating a complete GIS remote maintenance system. Received defect reports can be displayed graphically on the map. Whenever a large volume of requests is received, the system compiles and classifies the information for the situation identification, performing defect diagnosis and automaticaly transmitting the information to the maintenance center.

I2Logi Call Center provides a complete and customer feedback solution over the received request, tracking the ordering flow up to the final solution.
